Insurance Companies Will Now Lowball Clients to Settle Cases for Less Says WV Attorney

WV attorney Jeffrey T. Jones said in a statement this week that victims of accidents should be careful because it is likely that their insurance companies will try to give them a lowball figure in order to get them to settle out of court for less than the case is worth. He says that one of the main reasons why this nefarious practice is now becoming more common is due to the current recession which has the companies low on profits.

Instead of losing a significant amount of money, he stresses the importance of hiring a law firm such as his to handle their case for them. Even the high ranking insurance company Allstate has admitted that accident victims stand to earn a much higher settlement by hiring an attorney. "Getting a West Virginia personal injury attorney will help consumers get what they deserve, "said Jones.
