Minnesota Attorneys - Meshbesher & Spence Unveil New & Improved Website at www.meshbesher.com

The Minnesota law firm Meshbesher & Spence unveiled a new website, www.meshbesher.com. The new site reflects the firm's depth of experience practicing law in Minnesota, highlighting the many achievements of the expert attorneys on staff at the firm's four Minnesota locations, and the commitment these attorneys maintain to serving individuals and families in crisis.

Meshbesher & Spence was founded by Ron Meshbesher in 1961. For over 50 years since, the firm's small staff has worked diligently to preserve and maintain the welfare of Minnesotans through its personal injury and wrongful death, criminal defense, class action, and civil litigation practices.

The new website includes extensive information about the firm's practice areas and in-depth profiles of each attorney on staff. Key Meshbesher & Spence cases that have defined Minnesota law throughout the last fifty years, as well as courtroom victories that were personally significant for the attorneys who worked on them, are described as well.

The website also includes a section of very practical free legal resources, including articles about how to choose a personal injury lawyer, what to do if you are in a car accident, and how to calculate the potential value of your claim, among others.

Meshbesher.com was developed in conjunction with the technology gurus at ArcStone Technologies, a Minneapolis technology consulting firm that has been serving Twin Cities-area businesses since 1997.

"We feel very honored to be working with the prestigious Minnesota law firm of Meshbesher & Spence. We hope to showcase the kind of compassionate people the lawyers at Meshbesher & Spence truly are", reported David Carnes, President & CEO of ArcStone Technologies.

Meshbesher & Spence is proud of the tradition of excellence upon which their practice is built and continues that tradition in a relentless pursuit of justice for each individual and family in need of their expert representation. The firm's work is based upon the belief that the lawyer you choose truly does make a difference, and the Minnesota attorneys of Meshbesher & Spence believe that every Minnesota family deserves the very best.

Michael P. Fleming Admitted as Solicitor in Republic of Ireland

Michael P. Fleming, the founder of the law firm Michael P. Fleming & Associates, P.C., and former Harris County Attorney, was recently admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in the Republic of Ireland. A solicitor is equivalent to an attorney or lawyer in North America.

Fleming was recently notified that he had passed the battery of tests to be a member of the Law Society of Ireland and is investigating the process of creating an office in Ireland.

"Ireland has maintained a very attractive business climate for international companies," Fleming said. "The reason I did this is to better serve clients who wish to do business in Ireland and those there who wish to do business in Texas. This is all part of an effort to literally and figuratively expand the borders of the firm."

Fleming said the move made sense, especially since smart businesses and innovative business leaders will be looking for global opportunities as the international economy tries to mend itself. A certified mediator, Fleming also noted that this would enhance his international mediation practice.

Michael P. Fleming & Associates, P.C. is a Houston-based civil litigation, real estate and business law firm that is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

Fleming has practiced law in the Houston area for over 22 years. Prior to forming his own firm in 2002 and shortly after leaving public office, Mr. Fleming was a partner in the litigation section of Bracewell & Patterson, L.L.P. (now Bracewell & Giuliani).

Fleming has represented clients in the state and federal trial and appellate courts, including arguing and winning a case before the Supreme Court of the United States of America. He is Board Certified as a specialist in both Personal Injury Trial Law and Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Celebrating twenty-five years as a nationwide creditor protection legal services provider, Polk, Prober & Raphael, announced effective September 1, 2009 it is now Prober & Raphael, A Law Corporation.
