QuisLex, a premier offshore legal services provider, today announced that it has received its Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (1996) (HIPAA) certification from HIPAA Conformance Certification Organization (HCCO), Inc., a U.S. certifying agency. HIPAA compliance addresses the security and privacy of personal health information by requiring administrative, physical and technical safeguards and emphasizing stringent security standards and implementation specifications.
